Vans Mock Campaign

Given the freedom to create an extensive campaign, I chose to create a story for Vans that leaned heavily on nostalgia and the personal relationship or story behind someone and their shoes. “I rocked my Vans,” fit well with their rebellious and young-at-heart attitude.
The creative highlighted a pair of well-loved and worn Vans, with each “flaw” representing a fond memory or wild story. Each piece would be a different person’s story, told by the scuffs and scrapes in their Vans.
